I was thinking Hulu was free, and I already have Netflix. Don't be so hostile.

hulu isn't free? Well that's a ripoff. For all that I'll just go on my computer or turn on the cable to watch something

^ Extremely. And I thought that Zune was a rip-off. The difference is "Hulu Plus offers the full season. Every single episode of the current season will be available, not just a handful of trailing episodes.", but they should at least give us the option to have the free Hulu.

I was thinking Hullu would be coming with the fall update. you would have to be a xbox gold member + the cost of hulu plus. I like the idea that of an xbox tv but I pay for gold why do a half to pay for the service with gold.

Because Microsoft doesn't allow ANYTHING for free, how would they get money from it? With Hulu charging people to watch it, Microsoft will get a percentage of it since it is on Xbox. Marketing stand point for Xbox, it makes sense. Why are they charing so much though? I can turn 3 inchs from my xbox to my PC and watch Hulu for free.

It's hardly Microsoft's fault that Hulu isn't free. Hulu is introducing a new paid service that allows you to watch movies and entire series of TV shows instead of just a select number of movies or 5 of the most recent episodes from a TV show. If you pay for the service, you get to watch it on Hulu.com or on your Xbox 360. Boo-hoo that they're charging you. Welcome to the real world where you have to pay to get something.

But MS is limiting Hulu+ to only XBL Gold subscribers. They could make it available to everyone like on PSN.
