I'd only get it if I tried a demo first. I'm thinking of either getting Skate or Proving Ground, because I haven't layed a skating game since THPS3, so I'm slightly overdue.
skate is supposed to be a more realistic type of skating game. Where the tricks you can do are more like what you would see in a skatboard video. I'm personally looking foward to a demo of this.
