where do you get a hdd transfer kit from?

Hi

I am looking at buying a 120gb hdd and would like to transfer all the data from my 20gb to the new 1.

Where can I get a hdd transfer kit from?

how much do they cost

I did that last week and when I brought mine the CD, cable and docking station should come as standard.

 

Oh and it will take about an hour and a half

If your buying just the 120 GB hard drive, I thought the transfer cable was in that bundle. Not sure if they have changed that since it first came out or not though.

I have a xbox core system and I bought a 120gb hard drive. The hardrive comes with all the cables needed to transfer your information over into your new hard drive.

I bought 120GBHD from Amazon.com.

As the poster above said it comes with transfer cales, CD and instructions.

It is a very easy thing to do.

Transfering your data to the new drive takes less than 2hrs.

you dont really need a transfer kit cos when i had to do this i just used a big memory card but the downside is that you have to keep taking the harddrive out of the xbox because the card i used could only hold 1 gb

Yes, you can. I'm actually doing this right now until I get my free transfer kit.

Yes, you can. I'm actually doing this right now until I get my free transfer kit.
