I remember Microsoft announcing that they will be bringing monday night football to ESPN xbox live, during the week of E3 and I got very excited....so.....what's the deal? What's going on?

Yes, I have the ESPN app on my live account...That's where I first checked...but MNF is not on there

The only live streaming events right now on the ESPN Xbox app are "ESPN3 " broadcasts only. The "Watch ESPN" feature that includes all of the normal ESPN game broadcasts (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU) is going to be added to the Xbox app later this year, presumably with the Fall Update. All of your questions are answered on ESPN3.com FAQ's section.
