Well,a lot of it is reserved for game caching space, I think about 8gigs. Not sure what the rest is being used for. Did you download any demos or anything?Bgrngod
its more like 5-6 gigs is caching space..
so that leaves u 14 ish gigs left. And if u downloaded say 5 demos it would pry be around 9 gigs left so...
I didnt Download any demos. unless the demos in xbox live arcade count. and I didnt download any of those either...hmm
and the only real game I've played is Halo 3 since then and I dont think it could have taken 4 gigs
well woud 9 gigs still be fine for a long time? cause I dont plan on downloading many game demos or videos but just mainly playing games.

yeah..with all those demos that are already on take up that space...just delete them and u will get ur space back...
I know a 360 came w/ 20 gigs of storage space. I knew that a bit of that would be used up for console programs stuff, but I didnt even start any games when I already only had 9.9 gigs left. Is there something wrong w/ my 360 cause I didnt expect to have less than half that hard drive left to use?!?!morpheusnj
I was wondering that myself when I got my 360 for Christmas. Go to the System Tab on the dashboard>memory. Take a look around.
