So, I've convinced my parents to let me get money out of a savings account for me and let me buy a 360. Which package is best for me? I'll be playing by myself and maybe using XBL. I really just want to play Halo and Gears. Lol. So which of these is the best?

- The $350 one with a 20 GB hdd

- The $280 core Arcade bundle

- The $280 pro value bundle

Please keep in mind that I'm not gonna watch movies or w/e, I just want to play games. None of that downloadble crap, either.

Thanks so much for your help!

350 bundle with the HDD. You'll need it if you ever plan on getting live and without it you'll have to pay A LOT more to buy the HDD. The memory card wont hold that much so you need to get the HDD eventually even if you don't plan on getting live.

u wont be able to play halo 3 online without an HDD drive, because you need the free map packs to play some gametypes online, so if you want to play halo online then don't get the arcade system

If you want to get one cheap (without the hdd) you could buy the Xbox without a hard drive then buy a hard drive and you would be spending around $250.
