well way back when. i was a nintendo fanboy. i was gunna get the "revolution" but when i saw screenshots of gears of war for the "xenon" i was turned into a microsoft fan. :P
I bought mine for Gears of War, and the fact that my girlfriend left me for 2 weeks to return home to see her family. So I bought it out of boredom and now im hooked.
the reson why i got the 360 was becuase i just moved to America and needed a new console. the ps3 was too pricy and after playing on my mates cod2 on the xbox 360 i wanted one. i bought the 360 then bought a game for it a week later which was dead rising.
but i would of bought it for Forza, GTA4, Fifia, Gow and nfs
gears of war+ SCDA i was a major ps3 fan than i said screw this they lost assasins creed, SC5 an bioshock and went to 360 thanks to a good game store manager and a great gears of war preview from egm
I did like the first xbox, so x360 was the obvious choice (And it did have games like Kameo and PGR3!) :) And more good looking and exciting games are coming 8)
I wanted it because of the features and the games that were coming out in the future, I was excited about Perfect Dark Zero as well, I really enjoyed that game.
Halo 3, Halo Wars, Oblivion, Gears of War, Mass Effect, GRAW, RB6: V, BioShock, Guitar Hero 2, Call of Duty 2, Splinter Cell, Half Life 2, Kameo, PDZ (wasn't as good as I had hoped), Brothers in Arms, etc.
cod 2 at first, also I liked the look of gears and practically every shooter that was coming to the console. I used to have ps2 and gcn and psp that gen then i traded in my psp got a 360 and have settled like that. The reason I keep it is the steady flow of games and the prospect of many more fantastic games like Mass Effect and GTA4.
