The Apprentice 'cause pulling a Star Destroyer out of the sky is the best way to get the womens. Plus, he's the only Sith/Jedi on the list and that's what I always found to be cool.

Edit: Saw the other choices, but I'd still go with Apprentice. Possibly Jet Brody 'cause he's the essence of cool :P
