Me and my friend playing co-op thought it was the stupidest and laziest demo ever.
The AI don't even respond, I understand this agro business but I stand right in front of an AI and they don't shoot me they shoot at my partner with the agro.
It's also impossible to die unless you suffer a major bug. I runned and gun the whole time and nothing bad happened and I even stood in front of an AI and let him shoot me, nothing at all for 30 seconds of pure shooting.
The boss was a waste of time, just like killing two guys pretty much. Cover system is awful, it's lucky if you can jump into good cover.
I thought from this demo mind you that this is a downright bad game worthy of a 6-6.5.
Only good things were alright graphics, sometimes good fighting and decent co-op play.
Should I rent the full game before I judge or what and what were your opinions on the demo

Would you say it was a rushed demo then or what
Not sure. I haven't wasted my bandwidth by downloading it, since I have the game. Maybe it's just not for you. You could try to give it a rent, then you're only out $5-$8 if you dislike it. I'm sure you'd get some enjoyment out of it, though.
Played the hell out of the full game. My achievements say so (1000/1000). This game was indeed rushed. Also its multiplayer was horrible. Spent well over 30 hours on that multiplayer and I hated every minute of it. They dont even have the very basic, but essential deathmatch. Its all objective based which I find to be crappy. Not to mention EA's server sucks to the highest degree. This game is nothing more than a rental. Though gamespots review was stupid the score was actually fair and to me they were being nice. I would give it a 5.
I disagree. The demo was lengthy and it even had cutscenes. Although Army of Two seems average to me, it is one of the most extensive demos around. It included a tutorial, co-op action, and cutscenes. Not to mention, plenty of action-packed sequences. Great demo, but average gameplay.
