Who has decided to go ahead and buy Bullet Witch this Tuesday?

I don't know about you guys, but this game looks and sounds like it will be pretty good to me....even if it is being put out by Atari. It probably will not even get above a 7.4 here, but I think that I will actually end up digging this game. I am probably just going to go ahead and put an order for it in today. Besides, it is just 49.99, and I think that this is one of those games that will probably slip underneath the radar for most folks, but will have it's own small, but loyal following.

The devs said that they improved the AI and the camera for the USA release, so that is encouraging news. After looking at some of the screens, I was rather impressed with some of enemies and settings. It just looks and sounds like a rather unique third person shooter. I am really looking forward to playing this title and I think that it will be a rather enjoyable game....despite the "experts" ratings.

I think that maybe because the main character is a chick, it might actually be putting a few people off, but I think that I will dig this game better than Perfect Dark Zero, myself. PD0 was an "alright" game for having a chick as the main character, but Bullet Witch just has a much darker plot element to it and just looks and sounds, well....cool as hell to me.

I know that it will not score any where where near what PD0 did, but I think that for my own personal tastes, I will like it MUCH better. Based off of the screens, the enemy character design and the settings look post-apocalyptic as hell. Even the lighting does. Great stuff in my opinion.

That's cool. I tell you what though, I wish that I had a nickel for every time that I played a game that got bad reviews from the "experts", only to end up digging the hell out of it myself. There have also been quite a few instances where I have bought or rented a game based on all of it's hype, only to come away rather disappointed and unimpressed.

Everyone has different tastes, and speaking for myself, this game just looks particularly fun. A different looking kind of third person shooter....that is for certain.

Certainly no Gears of War, but certainly not bad looking either. You know that the game always looks better than screens as well. Gears of War has some terrible screens, but look how it turned out. This game does not look bad at all in my opinion.

I was really looking forward to buying this game this week as well, but I played a demo of it this weekend at the New York Comic-Con...  Was not impressed at all, graphics were spotty, very jaggedy, not much of an aiming system, and difficult to control.  SpidaMatrix

Demos are usually pretty buggy, so that is actually not suprising.

I have a copy on hold at the local eb games. When it comes to chicks with guns, I'm a sucker for it!! :)RickJame-s
