Phantasy Star Universe and Final Fantasy XI are both good mmorpgs available for the 360.

Two Worlds is a free one, but, the online element of it still needs patching (they fixed the single player aspect)

I can't really put my finger on it, but for some reason, I really don't like the thought of playing any MMO on anything other than PC.

They couldn't do that.

People don't get that WoW has a huge staff, which needs paid, for all the content advancements, server monitoring, customer service, and fixing the tech problems and glitches,

the game companys themselves don't get that $4.11 a month you pay to microsoft, and even if it did, $4.11 a month per person wouldn't cover the staff needed to continually update, and keep a major MMORPG like a WoW going on your 360,

essentially, if they started doing those types of deals, your gold rate would skyrocket to begin with, the ones that are currently going charge a fair rate, $9.95 a month for phantasy star universe, which, even with your $4.11 for xbl gold, is cheaper than WoW.

I pay $60 for each and game and $50 for Xbox Live.

If I dont have to pay for the game online then go for it, if I have to pay to play (Aside from the $60 to buy it), then forget it.

To me, there is nothing that could stand up to WoW on a console. WoW has wayyyy too many features and hotkeys to be carried over to the 360. Im not saying carry WoW over to the 360 but if you want a mmo play WoW and if you want a console game play 360. I just don't see themmerging. For anything to even stand up to WoW it would need to have equal if not more customization and features than it, which I don't see happening.

Good luck on that..... An MMO is relitavely a long term experience nes pas? Well, for a one time payment on top of paying for live is not enough for an mmo. With wow it's a 60 day game card for 30$(cdn). I could understand maybe 5-10$ every other month on top of a live fee being reasonable. But the game shall have to live up to the standards. But you have to think about it in a way that is reasonable for both the consumer and the creator. The company needs to pay to keep the servers up (which depending on the amount of the players) can bea hefty fee. But the more they charge the less people are going to be interested in starting up. I just don't see it happening.

I would buy even a decent MMO if there were no monthly fees. However, since I already pay enough per month, I would probably pay at most $5 per month for a WoW-quality title.
