Hell yes, many kids will get new games and will want to play them ONLINE right away. Without even trying the campaign... I will probably play a bit during the morning of 24th and 25th just because I'd be bored, I'm on vacations from my job and university. So I got nothing to do, my family will probably be too busy overhyping the preparation from x-mas (24th)/sleeping till very late(25th). During the late afternoon (24th)/around lunch time (25th) I'm sure as hell to be with them though, can't trade a videogame for the family and friends huh? (I sure enjoy playing a lot more than talking to some of them, but whatever, it's xmas) AND, unless LIVE is under manteinance, it will ALWAYS have people online.
Nah, I dont think I will be online on christmas day, Im gonna be over at my brothers house and spend some time there, I will be online on like the maybe the 26th or 27th of December
Hell yeah - if loved ones wanna go out and buy me 360 titles for Christmas and expect me to wait until Boxing Day, then they're loose in the head.
My excuse will be to the missus "But I've only been playing Left for Dead for 4 hours because you got it for me, and it proves how much I love your present." (while she's sitting there in that nice coat I got her lol)
I won' be on. For one, I'm currently at Silver Membership, but will be getting Gold back in a short while. Plus, I just want to sip egg nog and watch xmas specials. :D
well my christmas is complicated.............i wake up at my dads,open his side of the families there,then go to my mums ,then travel up to sheffield to see my 'FAMILY' and open my mums side of the family there and have christmas dinner!!! probably play on my new games hopefully including underworld,dead space and gh4 band set!......FOR PROBABLY FOR 3 HOURS......then watch the new wallace and gromit! (i cant be on xl my xbox in sheffield dont have xl) and i would be grateful if someone could tell me if the rumour about changing your name on christmas day is true

well i am getting a xbox 360 for christmas and the games i am getting don't have live and i don't beleive i am getting a live card so i will just be enjoying the games.
well ill be playing EndWar with my dad. then we are going to fight together Online.. after that im going to fly my R/c plane with my dad then im going back home and my whole family is going to play gears of war 2 =D on xbox livetogether

I'm getting xbl on christmas day, but I play COD4 already on the PC. I plan on preying on all the noobs who haven't played it b4.... I might be able to fit in some GTA4 too...
Maybe...who knows. If I get something I really feel like playing, then I likely will be on, but I'll most likely go over to my cousin's for Christmas Day Dinner. In any other case, maybe a bit longer.

Depends on if my mom brought my new Xbox back with her from the States. I shall find out tomorrow. If she didn't, then unless I can get the towel fix to work on my currently-E74 error-affected 360, I won't be on XBL on Christmas Day. Knock on wood and cross your fingers for me guys :)

did anyone else read this entire thread, thinking it was new? I kept wondering why people were getting Cod4/assasins creed/Gears when they're all like several months/year old. I was confused, so very confused. /cry
i have two young kids so i will prob be enjoying there new toys with them.....but day after i will be getting a year of gold and cod4 so i will be playing that after my kids go to bed friday night :) happy holidays everyone.
