Why can't I download demos?

I'm 16 and when I went to download the GRiD demo today, (Rated E) It told me my account was not permitted to download content with that rating, why?

It happens to my friend al the time too. I dunno why but i guess you could try and call 1-800-4-my-xbox.

this recently started happening to me. I went ot redownload the Crackdown demo a few days ago and got the same error. I'd already downloaded it once before and there were no restrictions on my account (I was a moron and put in my real age and then made a phony parental account with it to give myself all of the priviliges, I'm 18 now so it shouldn't matter)
