To play music into the microphone on Xbox Live?

It gets extremely annoying. I've heard everything from trombones to rap on there, and its getting old. A microphone is for communication, not playing your annoying rap music and demonstrating to everyone your horrible taste in music.

If it were real music, maybe I wouldn't care so much. But usually its just horrible hip-hop/rap stuff. And new rap at that.

However, I do agree that all music should be stopped. But what can you do?

Its just another way for people to be extremely annoying. They think its cool. But they dont realize they are idiots. That about sums it up. I never use my mic...EVER..and 90% of the time I mute the talkers.FunkyHeadHunter

I mute the talkers too. It's really annoying when people are having a long conversation that has nothing to do with the game. Sometimes these people know each other or are in a party. They should use the private chat feature so people won't have to listen to them. The French and Spanish are the worst. They all talk really fast and all talk at the same time. I don't speak french or spanish so I can't understand a word they're saying.

I think you need to learn to use mute and quit your whining. It's amazing. People complain about the kids and their high pitched voices, they complain about people playing stupid rap, and complain about the idiot racists. Just mute them. That simple.

The better question as to annoying people is, why do people betray in games like Halo 3? I've even forgiven them more than once, accidents do happen, but when it's a third strike and no way an accident, that is when I boot them.

The only reason the 50 cent concert was sold out in Lisbon was because it's the only semi good music that comes around there. Please don't get me started on the horrible music that the portuguese and spanish (from Spain) make. And yes, this is coming from someone who is currently living in Spain.

I just mute them if I can't concetrate or if it isn't my taste.
