Sure it may be no physicality involved in owning the game, but at least you can download it whenever you want. The only downer with Games On Demand is the price points. Every good idea always has a sour point and it's definitely the prices for some of the games on there. I think if Microsoft just wants to dominate with Games On Demand being the new thing, they need to price the games competitively. But my guess would be that they don't wanna have a major impact on the market, so they look at it for now as something that's a good addition on the side. Other than that, the Games On Demand is s superb addition to the continuing success of Xbox 360 and Xbox LIVE.
