I mean I loved Biowares KOTOR games, but i don't see why mass effect is so special, it looks cool, but it just doesn't say anything special to me, why do people think it's a godsend to 360?
Character Customization, Thousands of lines of dialogue with fully interactive NPC's with a improved converstation system. Real time gameplay which can be played like a genuine RPG style of combat or go all out like GoW. Sheer size of the game and the galaxy which you can explore. And if you bothered to read the book you would know that it has setup a galaxy which greatness and diversity and has been so greatly structured it could rival star wars itself.
Great Customization/Massive Replay and Sheer Size/Great Story/Great Gameplay etc. etc.
Its like combining Elder Scrolls, KOTOR, (insert third person shooter here) and improving on every positive aspect all those games had to offer and rapping it up into one big massive bundle of joy :P
It's looking like it's shaping up to be a lot better than the KOTOR games and Jade Empire. The story looks a lot more deep than any other games on the market, and the graphics are pretty freaking incredible. Take that into mind, or let this Penny Arcade comic explain (NSFW).
The fact that it is Bioware with hits like KOTR and jade empire youexpect nothingless than a hit from them.They have one of the best if not the best rpg system out there.

I'ts not. It doesnt get high in polls and it's far from hyped. For me it's the best game ever greated. Taking the bads from KOTOR (turnbased and Starwars) while adding tactical TPS, exploration and a original universe. And everything is shown in great graphics making the nextgen conversation system a interative movie. This game is going to be epic and imo the first game that delivers the nextgen promise.
