Yeah gotta be honest that would be good and if they kept them the same price as regular themes they would be more worth your money than the 4 pictures yget when you buy a theme.
I've always wondered that. I would love some animated themes. The only reason I can think of is it seems like the pic of the theme is just covered over the ripple effect. It might not make any sense, but when you use and undersized picture as your theme, you get the ripple effect underneath it that appears in unoccupied portions of the dashboard.
