Why no hype for medal of honor?

Yeah i noticed no recoil as well when i was watching beta footage on youtube i thought maybe it was just the video or the guy playing was just using stead bursts.

the no recoil doesnt bother me but I wonder if this matters to a lot of people

I dunno if it would bother me or not without trying it myself but i think most people that play these games want some realism IE: bullet drop, recoil, relistic damage.

The fact that the embargo doesn't lift until 6AM tomorrow shows how bad of a game it is. No good game would have an embargo lift a quarter of the way through launch day.

Well thanx for the thoughts and opinions guys i went with my gut on this one and preordered it, will prolly right a review here after i play it for a couple of weeks.

Everyone keeps saying that the beta was bad and that means the game will be bad. Am I the only one on the planet that knows the difference between a beta and a demo? It's not a representation of the finished product, the whole point of a beta is to report the flaws that game has to the developers so they can fix and patch it BEFORE LAUNCH. The released game is probably going to be far better than the beta you all played. If it was a DEMO and was that bad, then I'd be worried because demo's are sneak peaks at a FINISHED game. C'mon people it may not look groundbreaking but give it a chance.

omg how many times do people need to be told ?

people are now playing this game in US and reveiws and feed back tells a differant story to what every one is saying, not a copy of BF and COD !!

also the campaign is not as short as COD fan boys keep telling people. also the feed back on this site from people that played it are telling us that it is a good game and supports the other points of it not beinga copy.

It's a good thing the hype wasn't that much on this game. From what my friends have been telling me, this game is just worth a rental, or a big price drop before purchasing. short storyline mp wasn't anything to write about.

I am noticing a butt ton of ads on this site as well but no review up yet every other review site has one up already.

Well i've played Battlefield Bad Company 2 and that game was amazing fun but then i watched Medal of Honor and in my opinion looked like a crappier version of BC2.Not to mention Black Ops and i just bought Reach as well.

the beta wasn't good not because of the bug but because the game suck and the difference between a beta and the real game is the bug found in the beta will be corrected not change the game totally

The beta was awful. From my experiences I would give the multiplayer side of the game a 5/10.
