why do they need to wait. everything is probably complete. It would be great to use it in all the upcoming games. But no they decide to wait till after all of them come out.
I think it's pretty clear he's talking about NXE. And everything might be done being created but that doesn't mean they have all the bugs worked out. I want them to take their time with that one, not interested in having my 360 bricked right after the release of games i've been waiting a while for.

Bingo. Feature-wise, the NXE is now completely finished, but, it has a lot of testing in the next few weeks. I want a nice, efficient, and bug-free Dashboard - so I'm willing to wait.
