To answer your question, Kojima doesn't want MGS4 to go to the 360 for various reasons, and like mentioned earlier, contracts come into play that make those wants legally binding. In addition to that, MGS4 is having language options limited because of lack of space on a 50GB bluray disc. If MGS4 would ever go to the 360, that would mean the 360 version would need about 5 dual-layered discs to fit the entire game.

In other words, stop dreaming, it won't happen.
