Will I enjoy Fable HD if I already played Fable II first?

It seems like it will be a more dated version on the second one. Or is there something I'm missing?

The game is very different, most people, including myself think that the first one is a much better game.

 

I wouldn't worry, you will probably enjoy Fable HD

Personally I love the first one a little better than the second. It has a slightly more tradional feel than the second, like you buy different types of armor and weapons. Also the levels are smaller and more focused versus bigger worlds in the second. I just enjoyed the storyline much better and many of the locations. If you enjoyed Fable II you will love the first one.
