no, they had that huge game sale remember? It was actually for the Collectors Edition, which was impossible to find. I'm pretty sure its a markdown, so you can still get it at the price if u can find a copy.
I'd get it as soon as possible, its in my mind the best game on the 360. Your best bet is to look on ebay if you want to find it cheaper. Its worth full price though.
