I'm beginning to think that this is going to be a very overlooked feature in games, with only a handful offering anything that can be 'earned' and not 'bought'. The more games that have them as unlockables, the more people are less likely to be willing to pay for them.
It would be cool if they did have some. I am not willing to pay for any of that garbage. I think paying hundreds of dollars for a console and needed acessories and 60 bucks a game is more than enough money no need to pay for clothes on my avatar that hardly anyone looks at anyways.
i still think that devs really havent had enough time to implement them yet. Games take a long time to dev and unless they knew from the start that they were gonna be doing avatar rewards they probably didnt have that in thier plans.

true. i would still give it some time. granted, it would be nice if there was some foresight involved but hey, big deal. as for the people complaining about paying for avatar awards, um , excuse me? they basically achievements in the form of clothing. you dont have to pay for achievements, youll never have to pay for avatar awards. once devs start using them, esp in some big name games, mw2 for example, im sure more and more games will jump on the bandwagon
