lol you have it BEFORE the release date so MS is going to assume you have a pirated copy, im not sure will ask for a receipt before doing so...

Copies of the game were accidently sold and released in France. MS said if you bought a retail copy by legit means, they will not go after you. If he got it from France or Ebayed it, he's fine. If it's a pirated copy, kiss your account goodbye. MS is going after the retailers who leaked it, not the people who paid money for it.

MS is going after the retailers who leaked it, not the people who paid money for it. true that, but they arent going to be able to tell just by looking at his games played. so they might ban you and ask you to call them to prove your purchase, or they will send you a message saying that they will ban you shortly unless u can prove your purchase :P
Very true as well, I'm sure they keep a close eye on anybody who has a game early. I just figured if he was a veteran pirate he would know better than to get on XBL with it. Or else he's begging to get caught. On a side note...I'm extremely jealous.
