So far, the PS4 compared to the Durango rumors sounds so much better. The PS4 presentation really impressed me.Â
I think they're far from weak, but it's not like with the ps3, where they aimed much higher, (a bit too high on the cpu department though)I will be smart and wait until MS announces the next xbox. The PS4 has not impressed me so far because Sony is using video ram for there main memory because there CPU/GPU are weak.

Compared to gaming PCs, the PS4 specs are in the neighborhood of a low-end CPU, and a low- to mid-range GPU. If the PS4 ships in December as Sony indicated, it will only offer about half the performance of a GTX680 GPU (based on GFLOPS and texture), which launched in March 2012, more than a year and a half ago.
As with the PS3 and 360 you can be sure that there will be those who will swear by either system
and not admit that there is the possiblity that there is anything worthwhile about the other one.
I think they will both be fine but until they have games out and you can actually play them.....
Still all rumors of course, but I really do think Microsoft is going a casual, entertainment hub sort of way while the PS4 will appeal more to the modern gamer. Maybe Microsoft will be this gen's Wii. Who knows.Â
The next Xbox won't be better than the PS4 IMO. The PS4 has given a very impressive presentation. But PC is the best IMO.gta_freak21

Lol... How can you say that when they have not even announced the next xbox yet. I will be waiting until they actually ANNOUNCE the next xbox before I make a judgment like that.
As far as which future system is concerned, I'm await the fate of what the new Xbox will be. What I would like to have answered is this: Will Microsoft give customers what they want and not block pre-owned games? Or will the company be signing their own death certificates?Green_ChaosJust like millions of other people I could care less if they block used games. Sony already said the PS4 has the ability to block used games, they stated they would leave it to the developers and publishers, just like MS.
I really doubt the machine will be more powerfull. Op expect a windows 8 kernal, running on low to medium end pc parts catered to services and apps more then games. It will be around the strength of the ps4 I doubt it's going to be more powerfull. It just doesn't make sense with the direction they've been taking the last few years.
