hi ppl, i was in the market for a new adsl2+ router and found a beauty. question is would a 54Mb or 108Mb wireless connection still lag. also can you use third party wireless adaptors on the 360. i run the cable through the house and just getting annoying to set up and pack up. so if you use wireless let me know how it is thanx. heres the routher im thinking of. its only 54Mb wireless though.

That's the transfer rate, question is how fast is your internet connection.

You have a preety good internet connection and it shouldn't lag. I used to have wireless before but now I got a gateway in my bedroom so I just use ethernet.

Wireless will increase lag as well as latency, never every use wifi on a gaming machine.

The higher the speed the more chance of failures which result in lag, youll probably get an extra 40ms latency added on depending on the conditions.
