ok i bought 2 1000some MSpoint cards and when i scratched one of them one of the sections of numbers got scratched almost completely off. iv tried every combination of possible letters/numbers i could make out but none of the work. so isit like my fault that i didnt scratch it properly or can i get them to like give me a new one?

You can always try 1800xbox customer service. I don't know if they can help you, but it's worth a shot.
