I have been wondering myself these questions.
I wanted to know what the gameing community would do.
So If you all could ease my thoughts and vote in my poll.
Myself I dont think I would want this for anything other then family games and parlor games.
I think Microsoft is trying to hard to change our lives to bring new tech.
I also feel that most people are not ready for this control in their house hold.
Also most gamers dont keep their 360 in a liveing room or a large room for anyone to play.
They have it in their small bedrooms like I do lol!!
Anyways happy voteing and thank you in advance 8)

thank you for creating this topic. for microsofts sake, it would help them if project natal gets more publicity. i will tell you right now that i will not be buying natal. i will be buying the next generation console and it would be nice to see more discussion on this too.
natal is a toy, you don't really need it.
Guys dont want to do all the work, they just want to lie there and enjoy it. So what makes Microsoft think that the majority is gonna start to play hardcore games while being more active!? :)
Personally I could care less about Natal, and it really doesn't interest me one bit, but that being said, I'll probably buy it anyway just to experience everything the 360 has. Who knows, maybe I'll actually like it more than using a controller. I guess we'll find out. Hopefully it doesn't cost a ridiculous amount though.
I'm anxious for it to come out to see how it actually works with games before I would make a decision. It seems intresting to me but if it doewnt work how the demo's made it look then its not worth it. I havewii that rarely gets used compared to my 360 and there is no way I would by something again to be used for just a few games. Need more info before a decison can be made.
I'd buy it as long as it is reasonably priced $100 or less, and has game support. I can't see it working for FPS but it could be good for some other genres of games. It would be a cool way to sign into live and move through the channels like in the demo.
U mean Anal no no i dnt want it for the last time i got a 360 to get away from Wii

same xD Because of the motion stuff I switched to the 360 guess it's time for the ps3 then....
It all depends on whether the Natal device works with my home theatre set up. The available info indicates that it's supposed to go on top of the TV. Well, my TV is mounted above my fireplace, connected to my AV Receiver (all my peripherals are connected to the receiver-- DVD player, 360, DVR) by a 25 ft HDMI cable that is buried in the wall. Basically, if I have to connect Natal to my 360 with a cord/wire, it's not going to work as my 360 is about 15 feet away.
If Natal is wireless, I'll get it.
