Would you move to rapture (the city itself, without the crazy utopian dictatorship)? Other than the social/genetic engineering, it's a cool concept for a city. I'd live there for a few months. It'd be pretty cool to wake up in the morning to see a whale swim in front of your apartment.
I would have before plasmids were introduced. I mean hell living in something like Atlantis would be awesome, but then i would have left after everyone started killing eachother.
I hate you people with your stupid downloads. i've been downloading this thing for 5 hours and last time i checked it was at 18% I am so pissed. But no I wouldnt live in rapture those little girls scare the hell out of me.

Yea, I was thinking just the city, none of the other background story. If it was just another city with normal people... would you visit/live in the place.
People would be so cut off from the outside world and shrouded in artificial lighting that their happiness and self meaning would fade away. It is simply not healthy to thrive within a 100% man-made environment (I know the ocean is natural, but it is not a natural habitat).
