Haha Family Video, I hate that store. But yeah Blockbuster sucks too, they typically get copies of games on Friday. If they don't have it in by tomorrow then something is up. But then again Blockbuster doesn't get much these days, they are so far the exlusive deal of Playstation Store Cards and my local one refuses to order them. Plus their selection of games is always terrible.
Hey man there is nothing wrong with Family Video. I think it really depends on what store you go to. Around here the Blockbuster was crappy (it closed down) and the Hollywood Video IS crappy. Family Video is about the only place with a wide selection and a clean store.
I also think you should give Blockbuster a few more days man... Its not like Silent Hill is a huge deal to everyone like Madden :roll:
Our stores around the area are the best video and video game renting stores. we clean all of our discs, we have a clean store and awesome staff that will actually help you unlike the crappy customer service at all other video stores i have been too. And our prices are just amazing. I used to go to Video Warehouse and Blockbuster before I found Family Video (and then started working for them -.- ) and i was amazed at how cheap their prices were. New movies are only $2 something for 5 nights, or brand new is $2 something for one night and there are free movies and a crap load of $1 movies and the games are priced great too. And we offer 1/2 off discounts too.
I do think Family Video is awesome compared to a lot of other video renting places out there.

you can re rent your stuff for half off if you have the half off and the late fees are only $1 every 5 nights. I had blockbuster while the "no late fee" thing was going on adn i still got a stupid late fee. Their prices are too outrageous though.

Blockbuster has the 2 out unlimited plan. Pretty nice, but they only stock like 1-2 of each game sometimes.Mau-Justice
Yea I know what you mean, I was doin the 2 game plan too that was 35 bucks but I cancelled it cause they hardly have any games, and the good games they do have they get like 1 copy maybe 2..wasnt worth it, I went back to gamefly..which you can get 4 games out at a time for the price of blockbusters 2
