Really. I have been playing nothing but Cod 4 for the past week and i just went back to halo for a game or two and it feels so slowwww and unresponsive. It feels as if you are playing with a ball and chain attached to your leg! Cod 4 is much much better but when i didn't have CoD 4 i loved Halo however now i can't play it at all it feels so primitive :( Does anyone else find this?
I haven't played COD4 yet, but I'm addicted to multiplayer in Halo 3. Sure, it has it's lagging issues every now and then, but I'm still having a blast playing the game.
if the grenade spaming refers to the cheap single player ai i'm totally on your side, no firefight in call of duty 4 is complete without the ai throwing at least a dozen grenades your way on normal, i dont even wanna imagine what it'll be like in the harder difficulty levels, actually way too often i find myself running for my life running away from grenades only to go back into the fight, fire a few slugs and then run for my life again because guess what they're throwing grenades again its so enfuriating, other than that i also belong to the movement to raise awareness that call of duty 4 is a tad better than halo 3, the weapons alone in cod4 are so much better than in any other game i've ever play, every weapon feels so powerful even when they have a silencer you can still feel just how powerful they feel, they all pack a punch and then you have the missions where you're in the ac 130 spectre gunship for example where its nothing but explosions those missions are so explosive that if you ever had a doubt this game would be explosive all those doubts are thrown out the window the second you start blasting bad guys fromthis gunship's awesome canons well there's the 25 mmgattling gun 40 mm canon and105 mm canon and also my personal favorite but they're all explosive itsawesome!
so the only reason i think this is better than halo is because cod4 is just way way more explosive than halo could ever hope to be and also the weapons are a whole hell of a lot more fun to use because they all feel incredibly powerful, but halo's still a good game it just lacks the explosions and powerful weapons unlike cod4.
Halo Multi feels like I'm suspended in a bowl of Jello fighting with shiny Nerf toys in a zero gravity environment...not fun whatsoever
I honestly was never into online Multi player but I have played nothing but COD4 lately...I went back to Halo to give it a whirl and stopped after one online match...just felt like crap in comparison.
I was always a Halo fan but the ending of 2 and the whole mess called Halo3 just left me flat
CoD4 is the repetitive one here. I can't play more than 5 matches in a row without getting bored. It is a nice distraction from Halo 3, but nothing more for me. Halo 3 is where I spend most of my time online because there is much more to do.
