My old DVD burner would write DVD movies that would play on the Xbox 360. It broke, I replaced it. The new burner won't play on the Xbox 360. Actually I tried two new burners and neither one worked. There's something in the Xbox that deliberately won't let it play burned movies. There's a way to play movies through the USB port (on a flash drive) and that requires a patch, which I'm working on now. Haven't actually done it yet.
