WTF update has screwed my Xbox up

So i updated my xbox earlier and now all my friends have been erased, i cant connect to xbox live and whenever i play a game i get signed out and have to sign in about 4 times.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

You'll also need to agree to new terms of agreement before logging into Live.

Same thing happened to me. You need to accept the new terms. Go on xbox.com and login then accept the terms on there. It should work.
