Hello everyone, thank you for viewing my thread.

I have some questions to ask about Netflix on XBOX360 if you guys can be of any help.

1. Can I trust going to the Netflix website and entering in my card number?

2. Is it easy to cancel after the first month if I wish to cancel?

3. Are they always adding new stuff? and is it worth it for the stuff they have now?

Thanks everyone.

1) Yes, Netflix is 100% trustworthy. 2) I've never canceled, so I'm not positive, but it shouldn't be a difficult process. 3) New stuff is being added all the time. I'm now hooked to several TV shows I never would have watched otherwise, and there are more than a few good movies to be had.

Ok thankyou... I have a few more simple questions... Does it cost you to mail things back or do they give you an envelope to reseal and mail back? (no cost of stamps/envelopes?) My other question is how long does it typically take you to get a dvd after mailing one back?

Each DVD comes in it's own self-mailer. So it costs nothing to send them back. DVDs generally arrive in 1 business day.

1. Yea netflix is no problem to deal with on the credit cards. 2. I think this was the question about the cancellation, yea thats easy to, all you do if choose cancel and send the dvds back and they wont charge you anymore. 3. Basically whenever a new movie comes out on DVD they already are preparing to send it out, another thing is that when new dvds do come out and they are popular, you can be sometimes put on a waiting list for your dvd. Now onto the instant play, most movies on there are older movies and tv shows you will notice very fast that the movies on the instant play are old. But they update them pretty frequently. They also have HD movies on the instant play if you have a good internet connection that is. If you want to get netflix and wanna get it on another tv without having to move the xbox, i would highly recommend the Roku player they sell on their website. It is wireless connectivity and also wired so its pretty simple. Not to mention that they also have amazon video on the Roku. which is basically like instant blockbuster. The Roku runs for about $100 and for a few bucks more you can get all the cables you need for it by paying a little bit extra. Netflix is a breeze and a lot of fun to. If you want to get it, GO FOR IT!!

1- You can 100% trust them for your credit card , i have two accounts with them and they never charged a cent without telling me 2-It's as easy as a click of a botton , you can cancel ur subscription in less than a minuet and you won't be charged anything , but you wont cancel after you see see how amazing it is 3-New movies are added everyday , if the movie is on DVD then its on Netflix the SAME day .

And sending the movies and receiving them is paid by Netflix so you won't be charged anything , also you don't pay anything extra to get the movies that are available for stream on you Xbox360 .

Just to clarify one point.

In order to activate the Xbox for streaming A computer has to be online, and your Xbox has to be online. After the Xbox is activated for streaming your computer need not be online or on at all. In my case I had to have a buddy log into my netflix account to activateas I only have a single wired dsl connection that shares time between the computer and xbox.

Do you mean have your computer off while streaming? Assuming that both your computer and your 360 are connected to the same router, that wouldn't be a problem.

Your Xbox is all that has to be connected to the internet to stream anything in your instant queue. But to add/delete movies and tv shows from your instant queue, you need to go onto the internet. What I end up doing is loading up my instant queue with like 50 movies and tv shows and i don't have to go on my computer as much. My favorite part about it is tv shows, some, like heroes, can be watched the day after they air. Since you have all seasons of the tv shows they have available, you can really get hooked on shows you never would've thought about before. Unfortunately, the instant stream doesn't have the greatest selection of movies, but it is improving, and you can stream them in HD provided your internet is fast enough. I'm looking at the top 50 most watched last week, and it includes things like Splider-man 3, Ratatouille, No Country for Old Men, Superbad, 21, Next, etc...movies like that.

DVD mailing also works great. The selection is amazing, and they usually get movies only a few days after they get released on DVD. You can even add movies to your DVD queue while they're in theaters so you will get them asap when they come out.
