Is this possible? I have tried to plug it in and it recognizes that it is a 360 controller, but it will not work. I get the green light on my kit, but I don't know how it's supposed to turn on. I try it, but it picks up signal from my 360 and if I unplug the console it will just blink all four lights green. Has anyone done this. I NEED help.

I think you need a wired controller if you want to use it with a pc. Wireless controllers only connect wirelessly to 360's I think. All your pc is doing is charging the battery through the USB port. You'd probably get more help if you asked in one of the pc forums.

You cannot connect to a PC via the play and charge kit (I tried this as well) there is a wireless adapter for the pc that you can get, it is a Xbox component, made my Microsoft, works great, I got one to play Crisis, I think you can find it at most game stores or Bestbuy/Circuit City I believe it costs about $20.

hope this helps

P.S. If you have a Headset, you can get the PC to recognize that as well through the adapter!
