I will get one later, I don't really download videos or anything. It bet most who get 1 will never really use it for movies n stuff, its more of a look what I got thing. But the hdmi port is nice. I have the hd dvd add on and I wonder if this will allow Dolby TrueHD and dts-hd 7.1. Rigth now the hd dvd add on doesn't support even regular dts with hd dvd movies. whats the pont if you can't get the full experience.
I was initially trading in my Premium for an Elite because I thought that the 65nm chip shrink would be implemented, but now that it isn't, I'll wait until that happens.
It might be hard to get one within the first few weeks simply because it is the "new" console, but as it doesn't really bring anything new to the table (HDMI is nice, but not necessary to most consumers and 120GB will be available as a separate add-on purchase), I wouldn't be surprised if not that many people purchase it (other than to scam people out of more money on eBay -- I swear, eBay is pure evil).
o my mistake it has a hdmi port an a bigger harddrive why would someone pay 100 dollers more for a black 360 when they already have one.
