Xbox 360 Game Depression

Yeah, I agree with all of you 100 %, the gaming industry has been going downhill for last 4-5 months, and nothing seems to spark up our interests. With such a wide variety of gaming companies, at least one of them should take this " rut" and use it as an advantage, because this is just ridicuolous.

There's already like ten games if not more that will be coming out by July. Well at least in my opinion they look good.

So today I booted up my Xbox and looked at my game rack filled head-to-toe with video games, but none of them appealed to me, and so I just sat in my chair staring at them and trying to get myself in the mood to play one, but I just couldn't! Have you guys ever experienced that? Jeez, I cant remember the last time I've been completley addicted to an Xbox game that I couldn't get off,( the last time was probably Gears 2 back in November)and man do I crave for that feeling right now. Its just seems that the 360's going through a Game depression period right now, and there arent many games to look forward to this year other than COD MW2.

yeah. The last game i was really exicted about, or in other words, the last game for which i kept track of the release date and played non stop within the first week of release, was probably half life ep.2, or maybe l4d. but anyways, whenever a game i own never appeals to me, i just play one of them,regardless of me wanting to or not, then i realize how fun it actually is and go on a binge.

I agree. Not too many games in the future aren't exciting. I do plan in getting new games like fight night 4 and halo odst. Besides that it looks pretty boring. But oh well summer is almost here in canada woot!!!

I am upset that All things I downloaded at my friends house won't work at my house on my xbox because I am not online...*sighs* So I have paid for like 25 dollars worth of stuff and nothing...MechaDrago

If your console does'nt allow you to use stuff that you've downloaded, I think there is a way of getting around that.. I've read posts in the past on GAMESPOT from concerned gamers wondering why they need to be online to play games they've downloaded from arcade, If my memory serves me right, your able to sort this out by getting in touch with xbox360 customer services.

I'm going through it right now, i have too many games but i am tired of all of them. Maybe its time to go find a cheap game i havent played yet. Bioshock haha

Theres so many good games i haven't managed to play yet because im a poor bastard and my dodgy new internet wont connect to my xbox so i haven't been on xbox live for a month now.So yeah without a job anymore my xbox is going a bit dry going solid with the dvds though.

This is what happens when you got a lot of games you can't get to decide which one to play. It happened to me on my other consoles I have a ton of games for PS1 PS2 PSP & Wii. I just kept buying them checking it out for a few minuted then find something else to do. I was able to get my groove back whwn I got the 360 w/c I have only a few games. Playing one game at a time & getting good at it definitely works. When I get a new game I try to finish it then go back to the other games I have online for an hour whenever I get tired of the new game.

Happens to me all the time....but yesterday I started playing Gears Of War 2 and The Godfather again.
