Xbox 360 location problem (please help)

Hi, i bought an US Xbox 360 and when i went to the middile east, i couldn't download any Game on demand, Tv show, Movie, and some arcade games...?

it always says you can't download from your current location. However, itried tochange my location in the Xbox 360 system but nothing seems to work :(

I would be very happy if you could help me, because i find these stuff very important :)

If I remember correctly, some XBL services aren't available in certain portions of the world, so even if you do change the location on your 360 it's the region that's locking you out.

My US Arcade thought i was still in the US, even thouugh i'm in canada, and connected my to the US XBL. You guys got way more stuff. Sadly i plugged in My Elite HDD to play, and when i put the Arcade HDD back in, it updated back to canadian....

so, does that mean there is nothing that i could do...?
