xbox 360 red light

i turn on my xbox 360 and the power supply light goes red . i tried it on another xbox and the power supply functions correctly.

Theres maybe something wrong with the previous xbox 360.

I've had this problem, and it was the outlet I was plugging it into. But it could also be a problem with your 360. I would contact Microsoft if the problem persists.
