xbox 360 router (not wireless) connection

no, matter of fact u dont even need a computer to hook up ur 360 to the internet. all u need is a router, phone line, ethernet cable, and a 360.

actually, he was right. If you're modem is powered on and its connected to your router which is also powered on, then it's good to go.

actually, he was right. If you're modem is powered on and its connected to your router which is also powered on, then it's good to go.

no, you have to have a gateway number.

You just need a modem, an ethernet cable and a router. PC doesn't need to be turned on. This is the way mine is set up, it works just fine.

Modem, 360 and Ethernet Cable is all you need. If you want to share the connection with your pc at the sametime then you need a router.
