Find you box with the serial # on it to match the 360 or find something like a recipt eith the # on it, did you call microsoft and regester the system? you could get the # from them, have him come over to check the system and check the #.

It wouldnt suprise me if he has switched your machine for a broken one or is just wanting his money back, if he bothers you call the police.

I dunno, I hope you coppied down the serial number before you sold it or can identify if it's your box or not.
But yea it does sound fishy.

Ok, well if he's a big guy with lots of street cred, you better do as he wishes. Otherwise say it was a final purchase, especially since he tried it right in your living room infront of you with no problems. It seems like he's scamming you big time, like I really don't see how that would happen in the short span of him driving to his place then hooking it up. Something fishy indeed.X_BOX_ROXS89

NEVER sell your stuff to someone unless it's to a friend or gamestore you can trust. There are just certain things (electronics) that I just don't trust to sell or buy online because of stuff like that.

The moral of the story is the implied transfer of liability.  Once two parties exchange goods as is the case in the aforementioned story, all responsibility of the seller is now bestowed upon the purchaser.  Always always make sure there is a witness to the transaction and that pictures are taken and serial numbers are written down because there are shady people in the world.

Man I'll go get my paintball gun and tell him not to mess with me if something like that happen to me. Make sure the serial #s match or get a gack.
