xbox frezzing help - NOT OVER HEATING

Hi all,

my xbox is doing my head in!

Right, it started to freeze a week or so back, so i just kept turning it on and off and it would be fine for a while or so. NOW it is freezing every 10 mins into a game! ARGGG!

So i read some threads, and saw that the over heating is an issue...... so i took all the casing off it, shoved it infront of my air conditioning unit, put the power box in the air and also infront of the air con......... and its stil freezing.

Ive NEVER had the red ring symptoms that people are talking about, so i DONT THINK it is the over heating!!!

anyone else had this problem/know how to fix it?

is it one game, or many games? cos if its just one it might be a problem with your game not your xbox.

well it turns out my xbox is fine......... after ive ripped it to bits lol

turns out COD4 is **** and to scratched lol anyone know how to fix a scratched cd?
