Xbox Live connection problem?

hey guys, i'm having a problem connecting to Live. When i test the connection everything works fine until it gets down to Xbox Live and suddenly everything goes blank and it says Disconnected beside Network Adapter.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Well If You Are Using A Modem Unplug It Wait 5 Sec. Then Plug It Back In That Should Do It If Not Click The Reset Button On The Modem.Markus-Fenix

already tried this... still nothing

but there is internet... I hooked the same line up to a computer and it got internet immediately.
