You should have done some digging around before you jumped up and burned $150. I managed to get myself a 13 Month suscription to Xbox Live Gold For $38 off Ebay, & surely you didn't spend the $100 on an ethernet cable I guess you got the wireless adaptor which isn't worth it, especially when a 50 ft ethernet cable only costs $8.

Ok yes the wireless adapter is expensive, but you can move the router closer to you and use the free 25 foot ethernet cord than its only 50 a year. Never say noob its very gay and nerdySystemoDown

I've been playing it and I've gotten past most of the beginner portion of the game, there is no more learning curve (meaning, I'm pretty good at it and don't have much learning how to play to do) and I'm still pretty bored with the game. It just didn't live up to the hype for me. Anybody else in the same situation? I'm just disappointed I guess!

Don't forget, you get that one month of Live for free with your new x-box, that way you can try it out, and if you don't think it's worth it, you don't have to get it.

Ya when I got my GTA4 it would not play so I took it back. I had already used the free month it came with though. When I took it back they just gave me a brand new unopened package that had another free month in it. So I got 2 free months for buying one game.

Wow...well every game I've been in has lagged terrible most of the time you cant even use a wavebird because it makes the lag worse..you have to use wired controllers if you want it to be playable at all..but still I cant even play at my full potential and time things strictly like I do when I'm playing offline with my friends. Brawl to me could have been better ONLINE I wasnt expecting it to be that laggy..I knew there was going to be lag but it's pretty ridiculous.

Oh, and that's six dollars compared to $40 a month for my Internet, about $75 for my electricity, $90 for a cellphone, and so on. I probably have more than six bucks a month in subscriptions to magazines I don't even read. Six dollars is incredibly trivial.

Actually it is just over $4 a month. If you factor in the extra month you get with a 12 month card it is under $4 a month.
