I just started playing Lost Planet n Live today and apparently some problem arose. I'm trying to go into a game lobby, and before anything can happen I get a pop up reading, "game host has cancelled the game, returning to lobby" or something of that sort. We'll it turns out when I reload the games page that game is still there. I repeatedly try to get into the same game lobby but after about 10 seconds of entering the lobby, I'm booted out with the same pop up. So, I asked around. Some people say it's my connection. Some say it's that I'm not connected to anyone in the room. Some say that the host kicks me out of the game Then therewas another request saying that my XBOX360 had aviris? Well, I didn't know much about it.

So, does anyone know what this is? Or anyone play Lost Planet onlineand have the same problem?

I'd put my money on that being a connection problem.

That's what I'm thinking it is. I just went out and bought a Wireless Adapter today, and it worked fine. I got a couple of good hours of online play time with it only bugging like this 1/4 of the time. Now it's every single game. Is there any way to fix this?

Also, I heard it was that you weren't connected with a peer, but I'm not talking about games you're invited to, it's the quick battles that are really not working now.

Well, when I was on the phone today he said I needed to contact my router company and open a couple firewall ports, with a bunch of random codes. Unfortunatly, it's so complex I don't get it. I'll try and find out.

LOL.."a virus"? OMG...that's really dumb...theres no such thing as a virus on a console, so don't believe those kinda of remarks that people make.

Having your NAT to strict does NOT mean you won't get into games.

It means you auto sign in slower, a FEW games won't connect and response time for messages etc is somewhat slower.

Its not hard to forward ports, but on the other hand, if you thought your 360 had a virus......
