Xbox One - Is everyone in my family a second hand user?

I can see the point about buying a game used and paying Microsoft. But when I buy my family a new gameis everyone and the children have to purchase the game separate is redicoulous. We have 4 memebers that pay for live, which is redcoulous itself, but If I have to buy us each their own copy ,, well,, we will just cancel our live subscriptions and give up ,, this is just to much.

the used game fee actually go towards the developers. I'm hoping they just let my gamertag (account) allow permission for selected gamertags to play

your right. i read

 that microsoft also gets a portion of the fees. im shocked that it wasnt just a way to help developers.

No, you only need one copy of the game( or licence ) on the main xbox live account(gold or silver) and everyone else that is a sub account like the children an play that game aswell.

your all confusing the TC here lol 

1. If you buy an xbox one and have family members in your home, every single one of them can play it as long as all accounts are on that console, the primary console. But if you have a couple of consoles you will not be able to allow your family members to play on the other consoles, and this will require payment.

2. If you sell your games to a individual i.e friend or lend a game to someone, they will have to pay a fee to play unless they use your log in details and then they can play for free.

3. If you sell your games to a retailer, they will have software to clear the lock on the disc from your username. they they are allowed to sell it at what ever price they want to. But once they sell it on, the Publisher  and MICROSOFT, want a percentage of the resale.

your games tied to live account meaning you can use it on any xbox in your home even in your friend's house as long you login your account to that xbox
