your all confusing the TC here lolÂ
1. If you buy an xbox one and have family members in your home, every single one of them can play it as long as all accounts are on that console, the primary console. But if you have a couple of consoles you will not be able to allow your family members to play on the other consoles, and this will require payment.
2. If you sell your games to a individual i.e friend or lend a game to someone, they will have to pay a fee to play unless they use your log in details and then they can play for free.
3. If you sell your games to a retailer, they will have software to clear the lock on the disc from your username. they they are allowed to sell it at what ever price they want to. But once they sell it on, the Publisher  and MICROSOFT, want a percentage of the resale.Â
