i like the normal X360 premium i reckon the elite looks ugly... but it does have the 120gb and HDMI i would say get the premuim one and then if you need it get a 120gb hard drive seperatly HDMI only matters if you have a HD TV and if you do then a VGA would be good for VIsual but the sound on HDMI is better
If ya tink u'll b saving lots of stuff to yur hdd and u hav an HD t.v to use the hdmi then go for the elite. If u don't need these a large hdd and hdmi then just go for the premium and buy more games :D
