You don't have to, while signing up just select it and it should go through...Maybe you select Silver then I'm not sure lol it's been a while since I set mine up. I'd try Silver then and then at the end it'll say you have a free month. I remember it's right at the end because I was worried about not getting my free month when I set mine up
