Okay, I have a question regarding the Xbox 360 Controler.

I have a Play-n-Charge kit thing where I plug the Charger into my 360 and then into the Controler and can play with it on and was curious if I can do that to use it on My PC. Plug in the USB cable into my PC then plug the other half into the controler or do I have to buy the reciever?

You have to buy the receiver. The play and charge kit does not transfer anything but the power to the controller so as far as I know you can charge your controller through the computer using the cables but for it to register as a Controller you have to use the reciever.
