Lost Planet: Complete Mission 1 - 10G
Bioshock - i got two 100G point achivements one for killing the last boss and the other for not killing/extracting anything from the little sisters. :D
This is a possible spoiler for people playing Bioshock. My last was for getting into Cohen's room. I missed that one the first time through.
Second boss in Bioshock. I can't say the name cause it's supposedly a spoiler. I saw it coming from a mile away.

I don't know. I beat Bioshock and got 3 achievements at the same time, and haven't gotten any since then (it's Metroid Prime 3's fault)
